Window City was called on by a local construction company to complete a total window installation of their new hotel, Archer Hotel, going up in Florham Park, New Jersey.  This 4-story boutique hotel with 161 guest rooms and suites is set to be completed and ready for visitors by the beginning of the 2018 year.

The Window City crew installed a variety of more than 250 windows including steel replica, thermal fixed guestroom and aluminum storefront along with entry doors throughout the entire building.  Each window and door is finished with a black coating to complete the contemporary and modern look of the building’s exterior.

The steel replica windows installed were ideal for giving the building that trendy historic look.  Not only do these windows add style and class to the building but they also provide superior sound proofing and maximum energy efficiency.  The increased efficiency comes from the latest warm edge technology, a process that basically uses low thermal transmission material that seals the multi-layered glass edges, and allows more protection from the changing weather patterns between the interior and exterior at the critical edge seal area.
