The building managed by Bijou Properties at 461 11th Street was updated with all new black, steel replica windows by Window City Inc. The crew completed the project in June of 2019. All new windows are energy efficient and durable for the coming winter months.

The installation enhanced the building’s exterior curb appeal and will increase savings on energy bills. Over 100 windows and doors combines were installed.
