Window City was called on by Annin Lofts to complete a factory window replacement as part of their total renovation project.  More than 250 windows were replaced by Window City’s in-house install crew.  Our trained sales representative determined each window installed was a Graham Series 6500 Fixed window with 1″ of durable, clear tempered Low Emissivity glass to increase energy efficiency throughout the building.

All the windows installed are energy-efficient, leading to decreased energy bills, a reduced carbon footprint, increased interior comfort and reduced condensation.  Along with the energy efficiency, this factory window replacement will also enhance the building’s exterior curb appeal.
