Built in 1974, this 15 story high-rise consists of 238 affordable housing units managed by Moderate Income Mgt in Princeton was due for a window upgrade that would both increase curb appeal and reduce energy costs. After multiple meetings with architects, consultants, and management Window City recommended the Graham Architectural Series S2500 Double-hung over the Series S1500 bottom transom with insulated panels.

The finish on the windows is state of the art AAMA 2605 painted finish and included a glass package using Lo-E22 272 filled with Argon gas bringing the building up to date with the latest in glass and finish technology. A full receptor system with bent metal sill covers was used to insured a water tight fit that will give the residents a level of comfort and dependability for years to come.
