Project Details
Microsemi Corporation contracted Window City for a window replacement of commercial aluminum windows as part of their face lift of their east coast manufacturing and office facility in Lawrence, MA. Working without the need for historic approval, Window City designed a practical window system and installation application that met both Microsemi’s budget and improved the overall curb appeal of the structure. In total, Window City installed more than 550 commercial aluminum windows with exterior & interior aluminum faced panels. As is customary in an occupied facility, Window City project managers and in-house installation crews completed window replacement work seamlessly around Microsemi’s operations to not disrupt workflow.
Window City has extensive experience working in sensitive, occupied spaces ranging from residential buildings to hospitals to office buildings. Safety, noise, clean-up and traffic control are a few of the issues Window City addresses when performing a replacement project in an occupied facility. During installation, Window City remains sensitive and flexible to the customer’s changing needs.
