Window City completed another Nashville window replacement project. The prestigious Vanderbilt University called on Window City to replace all the windows at their apartment complex, Mills at Midtown. This is the second project Window city has completed for Vanderbilt.

Our crew replaced all existing windows with new, solid white, premium vinyl single-hung windows with 3/4″ Insulated Glass resulting in increased efficiency on energy conservation.  This increased the curb appeal resulting in attracting new potential clients and extended life on the building.

All crew working on the project are required to be OSHA 10 certified for maximum safety not only for the install crew but for the occupied tenants working at the project during installation.  Each foreman is Lead Safe certified for additional safety and accountability.  The crew members are given a specific role to fill and is held accountable to that role.  There is a foreman overseeing the work so their is always a point of contact for building owner as well as making sure the installation stays on schedule.
