Window City just finished the high-rise window replacement project at Rahway Plaza, located in Rahway, New Jersey.  Window City removed all the old, first generation, aluminum sliding windows and replaced them with commercial grade, aluminum sliders.  Window City’s in-house crew replaced over 1000 windows and panels throughout the high-rise.  The new windows provided enhanced interior comfort and minimizes the monthly cost on energy.

Window City installed formula meter veneer aluminum panels over the existing panels to give the exterior a fresh and clean look.  The project was completed on time and under budget with no disruptions to the tenants living in the units.

Most of the units were occupied during installation.  Window City takes occupied units during installation very seriously.  The crew has extensive experience working in sensitive, occupied spaces ranging from residential buildings to hospitals to office buildings.  Long before any window is replaced in an occupied facility, Window City personnel meet with the property managers or building owner to address concerns regarding the replacement project.
